This is our new application for completing move-in/move-out inspections for tenants and agents. Please click here to find our more information on how to download the RMSuite App to your smartphone. This is a great option and much quicker than filling out paperwork, faxing paperwork, and then finding a way to send photos of items you find during your inspection. Once you download the app, please call our company at 623-229-1304 or email our company at cwhughes89@gmail.com to obtain a username and password for your inspection. The information you gather during your inspection will be automatically uploaded to our software as soon as you complete your walk-thru! Just one more reason to choose Desert Gateway Realty!

HOA Information

Please click here to lookup the Homeowner's Association that governs your rental property. This is very helpful when needing information about community rules & regulations, requesting approval to add a satellite dish to your home, and many others issues that require the HOA's attention.

Please click here to apply online today! Once we receive your application, you will received an invoice from www. PayPal.com for you to pay your application fee online. Once your application and fee are received, it typically takes between 24-48 hours to have your applciation processed. We will be in touch as soon as we possibly can after your application submission and we hope to have you as one of our tenants soon!
